All of our courses are provided to you on the following terms and conditions.

1. A payments made are to be considered Donations and shall not be refunded after payment has been made. Users of this site much consider the options prior to making a payment.
2. Membership is required to access a course.
3. Memberships are limited according to the terms of the membership selected and may be renewed by making payment for the level selected.
4. Members must comply with all security features to log in.
5. Membership access details must not be share with any other party who does not dwell in the same location as the member.
6. Members breaching these terms and conditions may have their membership cancelled without refund.
7. Course information is copyrighted and must not be shared with other parties. Courses – are written by administrators who have gained considerable experience in the field of bookkeeping and accounting practices in Australia, HOWEVER, the course material, though based on such experience in the field, is not to be considered complete nor is it delivered as advice, and the user must use his or her personal discretion when considering the use and application of the material provided for use in their own business operations in whatever field they have chosen.
8. Material provided in the courses are not to be used by the member for any purpose other than educational and must not be taken to be legal or financial advice. The member should use the material in the course as a basis for continuing research. Course material is provided as general information and is not tailored to suit any individual trade, business, association or anything else that may be considered to be personal or individual advice. The user must apply additional knowledge, research and advice before attempting to use, apply or modify their own administrative and bookkeeping principals and strategies.
9. The user agrees to a Hold Harmless and Absolute Indemnity Agreement with the administrators, instructors and tutors, for the courses and products available on this site. Such Hold Harmless and Absolute Indemnity shall be perpetually binding on the user, and the Indemnity includes and absolute agreement to Privacy of all parties and content provided on this website and such agreement will be binding to cause agreement to dismissal of any claims made by the user.
10. All members are deemed to have read these conditions when they join or rejoin as a member.
11. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time at the sole discretion of the administrators and owners of the site and all current members will agree to be bound by any and all changes that are made from time to time.
12. If any user violates these terms they will face claims being enforced and the user will be held personally liable for any and all losses incurred by the administrators of this site and for any other party which may be harmed in any way by the use of shared content or republished content.
